Event Facilities

Edgewood’s Bliss Ballroom is the perfect setting for your next special event of up to 300 guests. The classic room design provides an elegant backdrop to compliment your decor. The Azalea Room provides a more intimate setting for your event of up 50 guests.

In conjunction with Sand Springs Country Club, we now offer overnight accommodations just minutes away from Edgewood.  Vista Villas by Sand Springs has six luxury villas available for short term rental.


We know that planning a wedding can be overwhelming and Edgewood is here to help.  Listed are answers to some questions we often receive about  our venue and services.

Do you have a guest minimum?

Yes. Our events have a minimum of 25 guests.

Do you have an onsite pastry chef?

Yes.  We offer a full cake and pastry menu, including sheet cakes, tiered cakes, and wedding cakes.

What kind of decorations can we bring to the facility?

You are free to decorate for your event as you see fit.  However, we do not allow table confetti, or any tape, staples, or tacks into walls, ceilings, etc.

How long can my event last?

Our events are contracted for four hours.  Additional time can be added when discussed with the coordinator prior to the event.

Do you offer color table linens and napkins?

Yes.  A variety of color tablecloths and napkins are available at an additional charge.
